 The Migration Agents Code of Conduct is authorised by the requirements of the MigrationAgents Regulations 1998, Schedule 2, Regulation 8 and the Migration Act 1958 Subsection314(1).

This Code of Conduct should be displayed prominently in the registered migration agent’soffice.

If a client believes that a registered migration agent has acted in breach of this Code ofConduct, a complaint can be made in writing to:
