The Investor Visa is great way to combine the benefits of living in Australia without restrictions on your business activities in Australia and elsewhere.

• Have you had a successful career actively investing in real estate, bonds, fixed deposits, shares, business, gold or silver?

• Would you like to live in Australia and continue your investment activities?

• Are you prepared to invest in Australian Treasury Bonds for 4 years to make this happen?

If you answered yes to all three questions, then you may qualify for an Investor Visa. 

Permanent Residence through an Investor Visa is a two stage process.  The first stage is a provisional visa for 4 years.  After that, as long as you have lived in Australia for at least 2 years during the 4 years, and you are prepared to continue your investment activities in Australia, you can apply for Permanent Residence.

If you are under 45 you may qualify for the Investor (Provisional) visa.  You will need to invest A$1,500,000 in Australian Treasury Bonds for 4 years to obtain this visa.  If you are under 55 you may apply to the the State in which you intend to live for sponsorship.  You will need to invest A$750,000 in Australian Treasury Bonds for 4 years to obtain this visa.
