S20 Notice from Education Provider |
|
Have You Received an S20 Notice from your Education Provider? If you have received a letter from your education provider (S20 Notice) saying that you have been reported to DIAC because your attendance is below 80% or for poor academic performance, then you should contact AusVisas immediately. Your letter will tell you that you have to report to a DIAC office within 28 days of receiving the letter or else your visa will be cancelled automatically. It may be possible to avoid having your visa cancelled if you can provide evidence to say that your poor attendance or performance occurred for reasons beyond your control. Email us at enquiries@ausvisas.net.au and put "S20 Notice" in the subject line. Include the following information: Your name and contact details. The date of the letter, and the reason why you received it. Any other information you think is useful in assessing your case.
We shall contact you within 48 hours and let you know how we can help you.
