Has Your Student Visa has been Cancelled? If your visa has been cancelled because of poor attendance or academic performance then you should contact AusVisas immediately to find if it is is worth while appealing the decision to the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT). If you decide to appeal, the MRT will review your case and decide whether DIAC made the right decision. The MRT will look at new evidence. We will examine your case and tell you if it is worthwhile appealing the decision. Email us at enquiries@ausvisas.net.au and put "Student Visa Cancellation" in the subject line. Include in the following information: Your name and contact details. The date you visa was cancelled. The reason your visa was cancelled. You course and education provider. A scanned copy of your attendance record and/or academic transcript. Any other information you think is usefull in assessing you case.
